Answer : These are offloading and documentation fees are charged by the destination country. Each country differs. Container offloading fees are usually double that of roll-on roll-off fees. |

| Question : Do I need insurance to travel on the roads in foreign countries? | [ Top ] |
Answer : Yes. Insurance can be bought at the port of destination or you can arrange it prior to picking up your vehicle with an insurance company of your choice. |

| Question : Do we provide Marine Insurance? | [ Top ] |
Answer : Yes, we do. There are two types of Insurance.
- Total Loss: You will be covered for the full amount that you choose to insure for with zero deductible. In the event of the boat sinking, theft of the vehicle at the ports on either end or any permanent loss to the vehicle while in our possession. Note: This does not cover any minor damage. which is calculated as 1.5% of the value you wish to insure.
COST: 1.5% of the value that you wish to insure the vehicle.
- Full Coverage: This covers you against the above and any dents or damage or loss to part of the vehicle while in our possession. This does cost more and has a deductible of $500.00.
COST: 2.5% of the value that you wish to insure the vehicle.

| Question : Do I pay import duties and taxes? | [ Top ] |
Answer : Please note that returning citizens or foreign buyers may be subject to import duties and taxes. Each and every country has different laws so we urge you to contact the embassy of the respective country to clarify the matter. We will be available to advise you on some countries |

| Question : Am I able to load my car filled with personal possessions? | [ Top ] |
Answer : If previous arrangements have been made you may be allowed to put a few items into the vehicle. For large quantities additional payment is required.. |

| Question : Should I remove the plates and tags from my vehicle before shipping? | [ Top ] |
Answer : When your vehicle is not placed inside a container, we suggest that you remove your plates and tags at the time of drop off at the port. You can replace them when picking up your vehicle. |

| Question : Can bad weather affect the condition of my vehicle? | [ Top ] |
Answer : Shipping containers, which are not airtight are subject to changing weather patterns. This can result in the growth of moss on your upholstery. To avoid this, we suggest that you cover your seats with a sheet or cloth. |

| Question : What is a roll-on, roll off vessel | [ Top ] |
Answer : This is a large vessel, which carries all vehicles that have wheels. The vehicles are stored below deck, not open to the elements. This method is the preferred method of shipping for new vehicle manufacturers. |

| Question : What level of gas should be left in my tank? | [ Top ] |
Answer : Please keep your gas tank at 1/4 of a tank or less. For safety, full tanks will be emptied. |

| Question : Are you able to guarantee delivery dates? | [ Top ] |
Answer : Most of the time we are able to give you expected arrival dates. However, sometimes due to; customs delays, ships canceling their departures, or in the event of lack of enough freight available for consolidated shipments delays can occur. Although we are usually on target, there are no refunds or deductions in price for delays. |
